Additional costs may be charged if the service is out of our area, however this will be discussed before an appointment can be booked.
Systems with multiple heat pumps are charged at an extra 50% per additional heat pump.
Air source heat pumps are serviced between April and October due to colder and wetter conditions outside of these months. This is due to the exposure of electrical connections during a service. We may have to reschedule a service if the weather conditions are deemed unsuitable.

Although we always try our best to carry out any necessary repairs/maintenance/service works in good faith, Earth nrg cannot accept liability for the design, component or installation quality of a third-party system. Any out of warranty parts and the cost of fifitting such parts will be agreed before parts are ordered.
