1. Initial Estimate - Free of charge
Every project starts with a no-obligation estimate. We’ll provide a rough idea of the potential system size, installation costs, and likely performance based on some key details about your property. It’s the perfect way to explore whether a heat pump is right for you, with no pressure and zero cost.

2. Design Consultation — Refundable
Next, we’ll carry out a comprehensive design consultation at your property. This includes a heat loss survey and sound assessment, both completed to MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) standards. These assessments ensure your system is designed for optimal efficiency, performance, and eligibility for funding or incentives.
- Cost: £250–£350 depending on the size of your property.
- Good to know: If you proceed with installation, this fee will be deducted from your final cost.

3. Proposal & Quotation
With the results of your survey in hand, we’ll create a tailored proposal including:
- A full system design
- Equipment recommendations
- A fixed quotation for the full installation

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll schedule your installation with minimal disruption.
